Celtic Manager Tony Mowbray Admires Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger

The Bhoys' manager says he has huge respect for the Gunners and their approach to the game.
Celtic boss Tony Mowbray has expressed his admiration for the football philosophy eschewed by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.

"I have huge respect for Arsene and the job he's done at Arsenal," Mowbray told the club's official website.

"He's had a lot of success at the club and has built a side that plays the game in the right way," he continued.

"They don't spend the millions on players that other English clubs do, but they play with a real style and always try to entertain. That's down to Arsene and his philosophies," he explained.

Despite the respect shown by Mowbray, the Celtic manager vowed to do everything in his power to ensure his side qualify for the group stage of the Champions League at the expense of Arsenal.

"We will be doing everything we possibly can to get to the group stages of the UEFA Champions League," he stated.

"The club has had a lot of success in the tournament in recent years and we will try to continue that."
